Café Procedures

Opening Checklist

  1. Turn on Latte machine, fill with Culligan water

  2. Get milk from kitchen and put in cafe mini-fridge

  3. Get Square register from kitchen and plug in

  4. Brew Coffee, Monitor Coffee. Note; check water bottle level

  5. Fill sodas and water to cafe mini-fridge

  6. Fill coffee creamer caddy

  7. Get Log sheet ready (Note the customer’s name and order on the sheet)

  8. Get towels from Utility Closet

Seasonal (June-August)

Pull ice from kitchen freezer, place in styrofoam cooler (keep in bag so scooping doesn't include foam beads)


Closing Checklist

  1. Count money in the kitchen (Dual Control). Walk the cash box over with security and set on top of vault

  2. Clean Latte machine

  3. Put milk back in kitchen fridge

  4. Wipe down counters

  5. Put wet towels in utility closet

  6. Check inventory and post needs to group chat

  7. Empty Culligan jugs go in kitchen
